Joe
Chesbro's story began with his marriage to his beautiful
wife Anne. When they met, Anne had already been a successful
hairdresser for many years and was Joe's inspiration to
set aside his dreams of being a rock star and join her
in the salon. He attended school at Continental and graduated
in record time while working with his wife at Robert's
Gallery owned by Karen Schell. Joe and Anne then opened
Image Empire Salon in 1999 with great success. In 2000
the couple then went to work for Redken 5th Avenue in
NYC as regional educators. Redken soon recognized their
talent and made them National Performing Artists and sent
them all over the country teaching and inspiring hundreds
of hairdressers from around the world. This gave Joe many
opportunities including working runways, mall tours with
Allure magazine, photo shoots, and receiving training
from the industry's top stylists.
